Halloween cosplay~!

 So these past days Tokyo has been full of the craziest halloween parties!

Me and the girls decided to do a super otaku halloween cosplay (since we are nerdy like that lol)

From the super ecchi zombie anime series: Highschool of the Dead! ψ(*｀ー´)ψ

It was super fun to smear the blood on the uniforms lol! (・｀ω´・)

As you can see from the background we were in Omotesando. SUPER highclass luxurious area, so walking around in cosplay was a bit awkward haha! Even though Omotesando is right next to Harajuku and it's halloween, people were still staring a lot and asking if there was some special event lol!

 A lot of people thought we cosplayed from Sailormoon too (;¬_¬)

But some did recognize us! Amongst them some super otaku people! One guy was literally shaking from fandom when he saw us lol!! So cute hahaha!! (*≧▽≦)

 We went to a halloween event in Omotesando Hills. Most people showed up in costumes!

 Jack Sparrow was a pretty popular costume as well as slutty nurses and spidy lol

 Different prizes were given out to people. Most of them were pretty randomly selected which was kinda a shame for the people who had spend a lot of time and money on their costumes. But Maria was so lucky to get a small bracelet as a gift hehe! (ヘ。ヘ)

 After the event we were supposed to go to another private party, however it SUPER sucked and we already payed to get in only to realize how awful the party was (AND out of booze even though they promised there would be free bar). We wanted to leave after only 5 min, but since we didn't wanna waste our money and the idiot guy didn't wanna give us back our cash we just stole some booze (after waiting for it to arrive after an hour) from the party and left lol... seriously. ヽ(｀⌒´メ)ノ

 But cosplaying with the girls was super fun!! It was both Maria's and Bexi's first time cosplaying with wigs, costume and everything teehee..

Genki convention | Japan in one week

I have been bad at blogging lately sorry! But thank you so much for the nice comments on my entry last time! I'm sorry I didn't get to respond, but it made me very happy *(*´∀｀*)☆

I've been super busy with a lot of photoshoot projects, making cosplay (!!), and yeah.. preparations for Japan! Well I'll take it all in chronological order.

 So two weekends ago I attended a Danish Japanese anime/manga convention. It was a lot of fun, and even more exciting since I'm starting getting into cosplay (now let's see if I'll lose any followers on this lol)

I've done a bit before as some of my earlier readers might know, but I'm getting much more into it now and have a looot of future cosplay projects I wanna do teehee (´∇ﾉ｀*)ノ

Friday I cosplayed "Menma" from Ano Hana

Sewing that dress was much trickier than I thought.. But at least everything's white so you don't notice my mistakes in photos haha >_>;

Saturday I crossplayed (!!) as "Toudou Heisuke" from Hakuouki ♥ Now THAT was a challenge! I already went on a photoshoot with that cosplay before the convention, so I already tested it out luckily..

I know my face isn't super manly, so I chose the most girly/boyish looking character from the series XD

I'm so serious... XD

I might post some photos from the photoshoot as well when they're ready! Later that day I changed into the 'Rasetsu/Oni' version from Hakuoki and was joined by my partner Zuum as Souji ♥

Yup and that was it! Lovely convention but burning hot.. I wouldn't complain if it wasn't because I was wearing too hot costumes ;_; I must plan my cosplays after what season the conventions are placed in next time lol

And oh yes! Now there's only ONE WEEK until I'm moving to Japan for a year!! I must say once again that I'm dead scared and anxious >___>; I know it's something I have to do and have been looking forward to, but now that's it's actually just around the corner I'm turning into a scaredy cat >_<; At least I'm not travelling alone this time!!

And I have a question for my lovely readers.. I'm considering making a Facebook page for my makeup and other creative stuff... Would it be a good idea?? Yay or nay??

somehow it just seems a bit embarrassing compared to a blog >_<; But I'd be able to update faster and put up small stuff and WIP stuff. And then do the decent posts in bogger still ofc.

☼ SummerCon ☼

This weekend was one of the best I've had so far! It was soo niice that even the awful monsoon rain thunder weather couldn't ruin it!

To be honest, I've never been much of a anime/manga convention person. Although I've been to a couple of cons, I never felt the 'longing' or urge to go back or something like that. I always feel the cons are too crowded and I just walk around with no purpose ._.

However, I wanted to see my friends that I haven't seen for ages soo much and noticed a small convention was held this weekend - so I decided to go. I asked my friend Zuum what she was going to cosplay, and she and another friend Lea were going to cosplay from a series called Code Geass (which is btw super awesome), so I really wanted to tag along and borrowed a cosplay from Lea since I didn't have time to make one myself (thaaaank you sooo much ♥)

This con was different as it was rather small. Not much was planned and I was a bit skeptical in the beginning as they told us we basically should make our own 'fun'. But! It actually worked! Since it was small it wasn't crowded as usual and you were actually able to meet and talk with people. And a got to know Line and Lina  better as well, they are sooo nice and cute girls TTwTT We also played a lot of games which was a lot of fun ♥

Sunday I just came as myself XD You might have noticed the new header? I personally really like it haha! It's from a little shoot me, Zuum and Lea did for fun as Lea ended up sleeping over at my place due to the traffic chaos the monsoon and lightning had caused. Which resulted in me dressing her up!!

Winter's creeping up

It's getting colder and darker these days and I feel super lazy.. more than I am usual ヾ(-_-;) School is also kinda stressful at the moment - I'm just looking forward for the Christmas holidays..

Anyway - This weekend I went to J-popcon. Usually I'm not really into these conventions since I often feel bored and don't know what to do.. And I wasn't interested in cosplay either.. However me and Zuum decided to cosplay from Burst Angel since we liked the character designs and I thought I'd give cosplay another chance ^^' So I found myself working on my cosplay the last two months and actually enjoying it.. And YAY! I'm quite happy with my first cosplay \(＾□＾*) Pictures will come later...

Surprisingly I kinda liked this year's J-popcon - thanks to all my friends and nice people that were there... And the dealer room had Kpop for the first time - so I was really excited XD *fangirling* However there was this creepy guy cosplaying the cat-guy from Ouran High School Host Club and was creeping up at me all the time Ô___Ô Everytime Kami and/or Rose would look at me - kinda scared/alerted - and when I turned around the guy stood behind me with the cat-handdoll at my shoulder (ι´Д｀)ﾉ *eeew*

Saturday I chose not to cosplay.. But did some makeup instead.

But it wasn't that fun not to cosplay since I felt out of place >_>' So I wore my cosplay again sunday - sadly without my partner >.< But we'll do a photoshoot or something I guess since she didn't get to wear her Meg cosplay for that long T.T And sorry to say but.. I'm really getting into cosplay now ToT I wan't to cosplay my favorite character from my favorite game... SOUL CALIBUR!!

I love Talim!! I think I'll cosplay her with the blond/white hair. She looks like a cute little rabbit >w< Me and Zuum are totally in Soul Calibur mode since we tried Soul Calibur IV at J-popcon - so she is going to cosplay Taki <3 I'm really excited about it but I guess it'll be a hell a lot of work >_< So I'll start soon ._. I'm already looking forward for Genki 2011 XD (yes I'm a geek)

Thanks people for a nice convention! I'm already super bored and don't know what to do (although I have a bunch of homework *cries*).. Concentration - where did you go!?

Yankee-kun to... fake nails!

Yesterday's outfit..

Curled hair and more natural looking lashes (even though you can't see them unless you're close >.>)
Yesterday I went out on a little "date" with my bf. We wanted to watch the new movie "Legend of the Guardians - The Owls of Ga'Hoole" and only Cinemaxx showed the movie that day so we went to the shopping center Fisketorvet before going to the movies. I bought a cardigan and a sweater/dress (it's actually navy even though it looks black)

I fell in love with both and they're also really warm and comfortable <3
After that we went to a restaurant to eat - and realized I'd dropped my cellphone ∑(O_O；) I was almost certain that I dropped it in the shop where I bought my clothes since it was the only time I took my jacket off.. I remembered hearing a "clock!" but when I looked on the floor there was nothing.. -_-' So annoying - but luckily I got it back today.. My mom wrote an email and told me they had called from the shop and my cell phone was there *phew*

But otherwise I LOVED the movie!!! I didn't really have any expectations even though I hated Happy Feet - but it was SO beautiful, epic and lovely at the same time that I was mesmerized from the beginning ^^' I'll definitely buy it when it comes out on dvd ♡＼(･∀･*)

Friday my bf played a concert and I decided that this was the day to try wearing fake nails ＼（－－）／

I got these from my friend Rose.. I found out I love fake nails - but hate the fact that I can't really do.. anything ヽ(ｏ`皿′ｏ)ﾉ But I'm getting more used to it.. And I wanted to do some big hair so I made a high ponytail, back-combed it and made a big side fringe :3 However I'd forgotten it was "J-dag" and I went out to the concert place alone....... But nothing happened besides lots of stares ζ~（∂_∂）~ζ
There were some REALLY mean and annoying people at the concert place -.- It was a rather small place and 4 bands played in total. It was all some sub-genre of rock but nothing like the music my bf's band was playing - so people were shouting things like "Go home and cry!" or just booo'ing.. Kinda astonishing thus I felt like beating their sorry asses... Fine if you don't like the music - but you don't need to act like a fucking retard... Anygay....

Today I finally finished Jo's top - I'm really pleased with the outcome! But I'm still a n00b since it's my first homemade cosplay >_>' And I have to color the fabric for the pants again in some other way since it turned out rosy-colored after drying.. Not stressful at all since there's less than a week for J-popcon and the pants is the most difficult part (*゜Д゜*) *cries*

I'm watching this J-drama right now "Yankee-kun to Megane-chan" it's really funny! And with one of my fav actors Narimiya Hiroki *fangirling* Based on the manga with some title (I haven't read) and kinda the regular highschool goes Yakuza crazy story with cheesy messages.. But I still enjoy it ヽ(*￣o￣*)>
